“Thank you for being a Safe Place Tonya

You are helping mankind have faith in the legal system again.” – Kyle R.

Tonya Alexander and her staff were amazing at helping my ex husband and I get our divorce papers processed. We had a very amicable separation. We wanted to ensure the attorney we hired understood that this was to be drama free. We did not want a lawyer coming in and creating trouble where none was to be found for their own personal gain. The kitchen table style divorce that Tonya offers is amazing! We sat down reviewed the paperwork and she helped answer a few questions. Her team promptly filed the paperwork and kept in constant communication on how the filing was proceeding. My ex husband and I asked for a pleasant, peaceful divorce process, Tonya and her team delivered exactly that. We are both extremely happy that we chose her to help us with our divorce. I would definitely recommend Tonya Alexander.

Working with Tonya and her team was a very positive experience during a hard time in life. Tonya is prompt and 2 steps ahead in each any every one of the many steps it takes to complete the divorce process. She stayed very professional the entire time and responded to the many questions I had in an understanding and clearly communicated way. It was clear that she not only had my best interests in mind but that of my children as well. Her experience as a mediator shines through in her ability to look at many of the aspects we discussed from multiple angles. Tonya gave me options on how I could help advance the case on my end in an empowering way that also helped cut legal costs. I would recommend Tonya to anyone who is considering some form of collaborative, low conflict divorce. -Hannah H. May 27, 2020

Tonya and Cindy helped my ex husband and I come to so many agreements quickly and peacefully. Initially we both hired attorneys for our divorce and things escalated and got messy very fast, stressed and overwhelmed I reached out to a friend who had recently divorced and had great results with mediation. He gave me Tonya’s information and even after the first consultation with her I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, she listened to our specific needs, gave excellent advice and throughout it all was warm and approachable. The mediation meetings with her helped us to communicate effectively as co parents and kept things respectful and professional while coming to agreements and finding solutions to touchy subjects. She is fully dedicated to helping couples navigate through the painful and often scary process of divorce/separation and come out on the other side with a peaceful resolution. Cindy (Tonyas assistant) was incredibly helpful with correspondence and worked diligently to… Read more
